FAQ

  • Can I change or amend an order after it has been placed?
    Yes, if your item has not yet shipped, you will be able to edit your order by immediately emailing BXSIURI@gmail.com. Please place your order number in the subject line. If your item has been marked as processing for shipment, we will do our best to make any amendments (if possible) although we cannot guarantee it.
  • What happens if I order something and it doesn’t fit?
    We do not offer refunds or store credit on sizing issues as we provide sizing charts on all products.
  • Can I return my item(s)?
    We do not accept returned items unless it's a manufacturing defect. Please email BXSIURI@GMAIL.COM with your order number, description of the defect and pictures. All defective items must be reported within 5 days of being received. No exceptions. If items are returned after the 5 day mark and without approval we will send them back to you. Note: All items are thoroughly inspected before packaged.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery times will vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are mailed using priority shipping and a tracking number is provided once orders have shipped. If you select Store Pickup we will reach out to you to confirm a pickup time and date.
  • What if the question I have is not listed above?
    Please email BXSIURI@GMAIL.COM with your question and we will be more than happy to assist you. All inquiries will be answered within a 24 hour timeframe.
